* 4 cloves garlic(less or more depending on you.) -for yogurt *tsp finishing salt
* 3 cloves garlic- green puree *cilantro *parsley *dill *1/4 cup olive oil
Salad wise *1/4 cup diced onion *1/4 cup diced red bell pepper *1/4 cup chopped purple cabbage *1/4 cup diced English cucumber *cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1. Use a Hand mixer or nutribullet mixer to blend garlic cloves , salt and yogurt.
2. 1:1:1 ratio the cilantro, parsley, dill . Adding the 3 garlic cloves and olive oil and blend until smooth or use hand blender.
3. Boil water with a cap full of vinegar and salt. Swirl the boiling water clockwise and carefully crack an egg into the boiling water with vinegar and salt. Remove when opaque and white but still very soft center.
4. Chop veggies like : onion, bell pepper, red cabbage, English cucumber and add set aside.
5. Layer the dish: Veggies Eggs Veggies Green puree in dollops.
6. Finishing Salt is optional but I absolutely use it! Get you a pita bread or some sourdough and go to town!
